Exchange Policy (No Returns)

 


At KB Art, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Because our products are often handmade and due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns. We offer an exchange-only policy strictly for items that arrive defective or damaged.

 

No Returns Policy

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for unwanted items, sizing issues, or change of mind.

 

Exchange Policy for Defective/Damaged Items

 

We will happily exchange a product if it is defective, damaged, or significantly incorrect upon arrival. We must be notified of your intention to exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

 

Condition for Exchange: Mandatory Unboxing Video

 

To ensure transparency and facilitate a smooth exchange process for damaged or defective items, a mandatory, continuous, and clear video recording (unboxing video) must be made while opening your parcel.

  • The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label and the sealed condition of the package.

  • The video must continue without any cuts or edits until the item is fully unwrapped and the defect or damage is clearly visible.

  • The video must be shared with our team when requesting an exchange.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed without this mandatory unboxing video. This is for your protection and ours.

 

Important Note on Product Appearance

 

Please understand that due to the handmade nature of many of our products, slight variations and minor imperfections are normal and considered part of the unique character of the item. These are not considered defects.

Additionally, the color of the product you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. This is due to:

  • The handmade process

  • Lighting conditions during product photography

  • Differences in monitor/screen settings

Such minor variations in color or appearance do not qualify for an exchange.
